HEREFORD CLUB

Let’s celebrate our senior student athletes! Traditionally, each sport has a team parent or group of parents who plan senior night festivities during an in-season home game.

Special senior shout-outs are typically read by the game announcer if provided in advance. Seniors and their families will walk out during these shoutouts.

Decorations can be displayed (senior banners, posters, balloons) if they are hung before the game and cleaned up afterward. Plan to bring your own hanging tools (zip ties allowed). Personalized senior banners can be ordered through Signarama Timonium.*

The Hereford Athletic Department has a variety of items available to use at no cost:
-General “Senior Night” banners in Hereford colors
-A large inflatable entrance tunnel
-“Senior Night” stand up signage in Hereford colors.

Coaches should coordinate with the Athletic Director to request use of these items.

*Ask your coach if there are Boosters funds available to cover the costs of senior signs. If not, costs would be covered by parents. Teams earn Booster funds by volunteering in the concession stand and at various events throughout the year.
